Dipesh Goswami has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 10 years, specializing in poses, balance, various meditation types, and stress relief techniques, thereby enhancing the lives of many individuals.
He embarked on his journey in 2013 in the Jamnagar District, where he dedicated three years to learning and applying yoga in depth. In 2015, he won a state-level championship. Subsequently, he joined the D Star Yoga Studio in Porbandar, Gujarat, where he shared his experience and began teaching yoga poses, balance, and various meditation techniques. By 2021, he was transforming lives through Ashtanga Yoga.
Through workshops, retreats, and individual coaching sessions, Dipesh Goswami continues to inspire individuals to integrate yoga into their daily lives. His teachings go beyond the studio, encouraging students to apply yoga principles in their relationships, careers, and personal growth journeys.
